You must be 18 or over to buy our products or to use the Go With Jo Fitness app. This includes the free Mini Band Challenge and the calorie tracker. We do not sell to, or knowingly open accounts for, anyone under 18. If we find out an account belongs to someone under 18, we will close it and delete their details.

By using the app or buying from us, you also confirm that the details you give us are accurate and up to date.

Our programmes, workouts, videos, guides, meal plans, recipes, calculators and calorie tracker are for general fitness and learning. They are not medical advice. They do not replace your doctor, physiotherapist, dietitian or any other qualified professional.

Please see your doctor before you start, especially if you are pregnant, have recently had a baby, are injured, take medication or have a health condition (including an eating disorder, now or in the past).

Calorie, protein, water and step targets are estimates. The app works them out automatically from the details you enter. They are a starting point, not a prescription.

Warm up, use good form and go at your own pace. Stop straight away and get medical advice if you feel pain, dizzy, faint, short of breath or unwell. If counting food makes you anxious or low, stop and speak to your GP.

Results vary from person to person and are not guaranteed. Any results, photos or stories we share show one person's experience. Your results depend on things like your starting point, health, effort, food, sleep and how closely you follow the programme.

Your responsibility. You know your body best, and you are responsible for your own choices. That includes:

• getting advice from your doctor before you start, when these Terms say to;
• telling your doctor about any health condition, injury, pregnancy or medication;
• choosing exercises, bands, food targets and a pace that suit your fitness and ability;
• following the safety advice in the app, and stopping when something does not feel right.

We are not responsible for injury, illness or loss caused by choosing not to follow this advice, or by a health condition we could not reasonably have known about.

Our responsibility. We take care to make our programmes, videos, guides and calculators accurate and safe to follow, and we provide them with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else where the law does not allow it. Your legal rights as a consumer are not affected.

Everything we sell is digital. You use it in the Go With Jo Fitness app (app.gowithjofitness.com) and, for some products, by email or download.

Please use a valid email address for your account, and check your inbox, spam or junk folder for our emails.

We may improve, update or change the app and the way content is delivered at any time.

Your account and anything you buy are for your own personal use. You may not copy, share, forward, upload, publish or resell any part of our programmes, videos, guides or recipes, or share your log-in, without our written permission.

Purchases in the app are processed securely by Stripe. Purchases on our sales pages are processed by systeme.io, Stripe or PayPal. By paying, you also agree to the payment provider's own terms.

When you buy, you ask for immediate access to the digital product. Once access is given, your right to cancel is lost, except where the law says otherwise.

Because our products are digital and delivered straight away, refunds are not available once access has been given, unless the product is faulty, not as described, or a refund is required by law. Where a product's sales page offers a money-back guarantee, that guarantee applies.

Nothing in these Terms takes away any consumer right that cannot legally be taken away.

You need a working device, an internet connection and an email address to use the app.

We do not promise the app will always be available without interruption, and we are not responsible for short problems caused by things outside our reasonable control, such as internet outages, email filters, other platforms or device problems.

If something is wrong with an order, please email us first at joanna@gowithjofitness.com so we can put it right.

Chargebacks or payment disputes raised after delivery without contacting us first may mean we pause or end access to the products involved while it is sorted out.

We may pause or end your access, without a refund, if you break these Terms. For example: sharing or reselling content, sharing your log-in, abusing other members or our team, or fraud.

All programmes, videos, guides, recipes, designs, text and branding belong to Go With Jo Fitness unless we say otherwise. Buying a product gives you a licence to use it, not ownership of it.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Go With Jo Fitness is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss from using our products, the app or our website.

Our total liability for any claim about a purchased product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. This limit does not apply to death or personal injury caused by our negligence, to fraud, or to anything else where the law does not allow a limit.

Your use of the app is also covered by our Privacy Policy. It explains how we look after your details, including your health information.

We may update these Terms. The latest version is always on this page with the date it was updated. If we change the health and safety wording, we will ask you to read it and agree again in the app.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes go to the courts of England and Wales, unless consumer law where you live says otherwise.
